The testimony of this ex-collaborator of the DEA and the CIA during the Seventies and eighties, has added to this film valuable information never before revealed and that they already complement the existing testimonies in "Pablo Escobar: Angel or Demon".
Among the impressive declarations of Baruch Vega in "Pablo Escobar: Angel or Demon" are the following asseverations:
He collaborated with 104 narcotics traffickers, in operations altogether with the DEA or the CIA to infiltrate the Cartels of the Drug.
He managed to obtain the confidence of the main "capos" of the Drug in Colombia, including Pablo Escobar, with whom he talked constantly and fixed legal problems in the United States for him, to obtain data and information.
Denunciation that one of the Heads of the "Block search" and member of the Police of Colombia Danilo Garcia, was the the guy who did all the dirty work for the Cartels of the Drug and helped them to cover its criminal misdeeds and facts. In his words "he was more dangerous than Pablo Escobar".
He assured that to Pablo Escobar was murdered by "the Bandits" or "the Pepes", who were the enemy narcotics traffickers of Pablo Escobar and not the Police, nor the Search Block that killed Escobar.
He indicated that the Cartel of the North of the Valley and the control that nowadays Colombian Guerrilla has in the world-wide Drug trafficking , has to do with the protection of the government of the United States that let them operate in its works of intelligence and doing that, they gained a lot of power.
He revealed that the Arabs laundry money from the Narcotics traffickers of the Cartels of the Drug, paying percentage over the washed amounts, in order to finance the Terrorism and the purchase of illicit arms.
He also revealed that the Venezuelan narcotics trafficker Amilcar Rodriguez, a delinquent with extensive criminal handbook in Venezuela, became in the seventies and eighties "the collector" of Pablo Escobar in the United States, and the one that made all "the dirty" works of Pablo Escobar that police attributed then to Griselda Blanco "the Queen of Cocaine".
Among the most controversial revelations that indicated Baruch in this interview, was that Venezuela at this moment is the place where the Colombian Cartels have all the operations of the drug trafficking, including the money laundering,through the Colombian guerrilla and the protection of the government of Hugo Chávez.
