HellRazor - Pure Rock and Roll
You will often hear musical artist say that they do not want to be placed in a 'box' and limited by any genre. Rock Artists can be found on the Country Charts and Country Artists might slide into the Alternative field. Not only can todays music cross over from one genre to another but each genre is often split into sub-genre. Rock can be hard, metal, pop. Alternative can be punk and rock. The catagories are endless. It's a rare occation when a artist fits into one, and only one genre.
HellRazor, the rock band from Oklahoma, released their first CD in December. You will not find any 'cross over' here. The songwriters of HellRazor, Paul Mullins and Allen Powell, set out to create an album that would fit the true rock and roll experience of the '80's and '90's. They accomplished what they set out to do. HellRazor is pure Rock and Roll! For those music lovers who still know how to rock, you'll find enjoyment in HellRazor's killer guitar riffs and classic vocals. While the basic rhythm may vary from slow to fast, each song is undeniably rock.
"Fallin", the first single release from the HellRazor album shows the mellow side of rock with it's smoothly distorted guitar sounds and easy flowing vocals. On the opposite side of the coin you can find "Sixx String Razor". With heavy guitar sounds and a beat that wont let you stay in your seat, "Sixx String Razor" is sure to have you rockin! Each song on the album has it's own unique feel but there's one thing that is evident. HellRazor is good, old fashion, rock and roll!
HellRazor - pure - simple - rock and roll!
