CDDVD Now! offers Flexible Thin DVD Disc Replication and Premastering Services
CDDVD Now! adds to their suite of products and services by announcing their Flexible DVD Disc production. These 4.7Gb discs are thin and flexible to make their way through the high speed conveyors and rollers in the United States Post Office's automated mailing centers without cracking or breaking and are ideal for direct mail, magazines or packaged applications.
The Flex DVD disc is only 0.6mm thick and is additionally protected from mechanical damage or scratches with a special form on the edge of the disc.
All discs are inspected for defects and measurements taken from samples to ensure that CDDVD Now!'s high quality standards are maintained. The first discs replicated are bit-for-bit tested against the original to insure that the clients master and duplicates are exactly the same. Periodic sampling ensures that the first, middle and last discs produced are the same quality.
CDDVD Now! offers silkscreen up to 5 colors plus optional white floodcoat) or offset printing on the disc face. UV cured inks allows for high quality, durable direct-to-disc printing.
